Tiger Run Resort is a great camping option and is located less than 10 miles from the slopes. Camping near the Dillion Reservoir offers the option of several ski resorts. Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain ski resorts are all located within 10 miles from Dillon Reservoir.
Another amazing option for ski lovers is Jackson Hole. The ski resort at Jackson Hole is massive and can be challenging. Although Jackson Hole Mountain Resort offers a wide variety of expert terrain, approximately 50 percent is dedicated to intermediate and beginner slopes. Access to these easier slopes is convenient from the base. With plenty of terrain options available, there will be new routes for everyone in your group to explore, as well as family-friendly options for those with young children. Staying at the Jackson Hole Campground is ideal! Just be aware that the sites are electric only, so come with your water tank filled up!
